Martial Arts Programs
Little Dragons (4-5 years)
Keep your little ones on their toes with this fun and social little dragons class. Here they learn the basics and some much-needed coordination before they can join the older kids.
Kids Classes (5-12 years)
This is where most kids start their Martial Arts journey. They learn selected techniques, forms and sets from the Kenpo 5.0 system for a straightforward introduction into the art.
Teens Classes
This is for students that have advanced from the kids class. By the time they complete the teens’ curriculum, they know many of the adult techniques and sets.
Adult Classes
All adult students attend these classes as we teach forms, sets, techniques and sparring in a controlled and friendly environment.
